It's our preferred go-to platform because it works so well everywhere. But if you have another tool in mind or your team is more comfortable with something else, let us know and we'll likely be able to make it work. We just want to make sure everyone has a smooth and enjoyable experience, no matter the platform.

No, we don't record events to ensure the privacy and comfort of all participants. However, if you'd like to capture some memorable moments from the event, we can take screenshots for you upon request. This way you get a keepsake of the fun without any concerns about privacy. Yes! If you’re unsure about the exact headcount, that’s not an issue. You can book an event even if you are still finalizing the number of participants. We recommend you book for the minimum number of participants you expect. We allow for the addition of more people to your booking all the way up to the day of the event. So, if more team members decide to join in on the fun, we've got you covered. Just give us a heads up, and we'll make sure everyone gets in.
Our events are designed to be super intuitive, so there's no need for pre-event instructions. However, we do take care of a few things to ensure everything runs smoothly:
Our standard event start times are at 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, and 6pm PST (please note that these times are all in Pacific Standard Time).
Now, if you're thinking, "None of these times quite fit my team's schedule," don't worry we have you covered too! We understand that every team marches to its own rhythm and beat. If you'd like a customized start time outside of our standard slots, we're more than happy to make that happen. We will apply a small custom start time fee of $195 to the event.
